1. Object and field of application

Everyone accessing this WEBSITE assumes the role of USER, agreeing to the observance and rigorous fulfilment of all the provisions established herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

Ana María Alonso Pérez (hereinafter, the OWNER), with registered address at R/ Malladoura, 9, 36729 Baldráns, Tui (Pontevedra) and NIF number 76987204V, places the present document at the disposal of the USER for the purposes of complying with the provisions of Law 15/1999 regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (hereinafter LOPD) and its extended text.

This document is permanently displayed on the OWNER'S website www.cabuxa.com (hereinafter WEBSITE), and USERS are able to consult it, file it or print it.

2. Informing the USER of the existence of a file and requesting consent for the automated handling of their personal data.

The OWNER strictly complies with current and application legislation in relation to data protection, established in the LOPD and its extended text, and informs the USER of the WEBSITE that said data may be incorporated into a file for its automated handling. The USER, by marking the corresponding box on the forms that require it, gives his/her express consent to said handling.

3. Purpose of the data

The OWNER gathers certain personal details that are freely introduced by the USER into a form for the purposes of contracting diverse services, as well as replying to and identifying requests made by the USER.

6. Party responsible for data handling

The person responsible for data handling is the OWNER, who has duly inscribed her files with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and these can be consulted at www.agpd.es.

7. Cession of data

The OWNER expressly informs and guarantees the USER that their personal data will under no circumstances be ceded to this party companies without the prior express, informed and unequivocal consent of the USER.

8. IP addresses

The WEBSITE servers can automatically detect the IP address and name of the domain used by the USER. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. Said information may be registered in a server activity file duly inscribed which allows the subsequent processing of the data for the purposes of obtaining statistical measurements that illustrate the number of hits per page, number of visits made to the web services, order of visits, point of access, etc.

9. Security

The OWNER confirms the absolute confidentiality and privacy of the data gathered, and has adopted the technical and organisational measures needed to guarantee the safety and integrity of the personal data being handled, as well as to prevent their loss, alteration and/or access on the part of unauthorised third parties.

However, the OWNER will not be responsible for any incidents that may arise in relations to the USER's personal data when arising from causes beyond her control, or through a lack of diligence on the part of the USER in relation to the safekeeping and custody of their passwords and personal data.

10. Sending unwanted mail (SPAM)

The OWNER is absolutely against the practice of spamming and never undertakes this type of behaviour. The OWNER only sends information to the email addresses facilitated by registered USERs and, therefore, who have accepted the Privacy Policy.
